Toddlers
Supporting your toddler’s milestones with care, encouragement, and playful learning
Toddlers grow in big, exciting ways—finding their words, discovering friendships, and testing their independence. At Lehigh Children’s Academy, our teachers support them through every milestone, from first steps to toilet learning, encouraging curiosity, confidence, and joyful exploration.
Our toddler classrooms are designed for learning at each child’s pace, with separate spaces for younger and older toddlers to meet their changing needs. Teachers plan a balance of structured activities and open‑ended play that nurtures cognitive, motor, language, literacy, and social‑emotional development.
As toddlers assert their independence, we guide them in building self‑help skills like using utensils, cleaning up, sharing, early problem‑solving, hand‑washing, and toilet learning.
Cleanliness and safety remain a priority. Toys and materials are sanitized throughout the day, and our young toddler room is a shoeless space to help keep floors clean for little explorers.

Safe, caring classrooms designed to spark imagination and confidence.
